Qatar Work Mission Visa Requirements

Qatar Visa Application

Complete, print, and sign the Qatar visa application.
Please sign the application with a blue or black ink (electronic signature will not be accepted).

Original Passport

Your physical passport must maintain validity for a minimum of 6-months beyond your departure date.
Please note that the amendment pages located at the back of your passport are not visa pages and are not acceptable for visa issuance.
If you've run out of visa pages, please renew your passport before applying for a visa.

Two (2) Passport Photograph

Please provide two (2) recent passport photographs captured in the last six months, printed on photo paper.
For your convenience, you'll have the option to upload a digital photo* (additional fee applies).
*Face the camera directly without objects behind you and do not wear eyeglasses, headphones, or earbuds (click for sample).

Business Letter From Employer

An original business letter from your U.S. employer is required (click here for sample).
This letter should clarify the trip's objectives, offer financial assurance, outline the requested travel dates and visa duration, and feature contact details for the visited organization.
This letter must articulate the purpose of the intended activities (i.e. business meetings), printed on the company's official letterhead, and signed by a company representative.

Work Mission Visa Requirements

It is important to carry both your valid Military Order and Military ID in order to board the plane utilizing Work Mission Visa.
You must provide the following documents for your visa request:

  1. Complete the Company Access Request Form
  2. Letter of support from Central Command or DOD detailing purpose of trip. Consular prefers that the letter doesn't mention other travelers other than the applicant.
