Cameroon Business E-VISA Requirements

Passport Scan

A color scan of your passport's information page will be required, either for uploading or emailing to us.
This scan should be in high resolution, showing the entire photo page along with the adjacent page, with no parts of the passport being cropped or hidden.
All the coding lines at the bottom of the information page should be easily legible (click here for samples).
Important to note:

  • Your physical passport must maintain validity for a minimum of 6-months beyond your departure date.
  • Please note that the amendment pages located at the back of your passport are not visa pages and are not acceptable for visa issuance.
  • If you've run out of visa pages, please renew your passport before applying for a visa.
Digital Passport Photograph

Please provide a recent photograph or a scan of your passport photograph, captured in the last six months.
This document will need to be uploaded or emailed to us after placing your order.

Business Letter From Employer

A scan copy of a business letter from your U.S. employer is required.
This letter should clarify the trip's objectives, offer financial assurance, outline the requested travel dates and visa duration, and feature contact details for the visited organization.
This letter must articulate the purpose of the intended activities (i.e. business meetings), printed on the company's official letterhead, and signed by a company representative.

Invitation Letter From Cameroon

The invitation letter must be legalized by the local authority (police) in Cameroon.

International Certificate of Vaccination

A scan copy of your Yellow Fever International Vaccination Certificate is required.
This document will need to be uploaded or emailed to us after placing your order.

Flight Itinerary

A copy of an airline confirmation, showing your name as well as entry and exit to the country.
If traveling via land/sea border, please provide a signed letter of explanation, in addition to the airline confirmation.

Note: Former Cameroonian

Please read the following information carefully:

  1. If you've received a visa: submit your most recent visa copy
  2. If you are a first time applicant, visa processing will take a bit longer. You must surrender your Cameroonian passport to the Embassy after we've confirmed your request.

Please send the passport directly to the Embassy, with tracking number, including the attached letter.
* If your Cameroonian passport is lost, you must submit a copy of the police report showing case number, indicating that it was lost.
** If the Cameroonian passport was retained by U.S. Authorities (Immigration or other), provide a scan copy of attestation from said Authorities confirming that fact.
